We are repeat guests at the hotel. We enjoy the breakfasts and appreciate Dennis in the kitchen. The staff in all areas of the hotel are helpful and attentive. The proximity to the golf course is a definite plus. We plan on returning- often.
Very clean and the breakfast was the best we've had at any lodge, hotel, etc.
Only made reservations for a future stay. Did not toour the hotel or the grounds.
Always enjoy staying here when visiting Ruidoso.
When we first arrived, we were impressed by the lobby décor! The elegant cabin-style wood accents gave such a warm and inviting atmosphere that we felt excited about our stay. My excitement dimmed when we walked into our room. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been—there were cobwebs on the window sill, stains in the tub, and the floor near the toilet had some stains.
