Awful company own my apartment complex in missouri and could care less about any tenants
MCM manages/owns my apartment building in Pittsburgh. They are unresponsive to maintenance requests, and have not been able to get a handle on the HVAC issues in the year I have been living here. I have gone weeks without heat (when ten degrees in January) with no direct apology, only entire building updates through a portal where I receive no response.
