I would NEVER place a loved one here. The staff are over worked, because they are always understaffed and management is very Unprofessional. The food is Horrible, served cold, and is visually unappealing. Even if it is served on time, it never comes in fresh. It's as if they cook it all at once then leave it out until it's time to serve. Most meat comes VERY DRY and they though some sauce or gravy on it. The place is falling apart. There are "soft " spots on the 2 nd and 3 rd floors.. RecommendedI do completely reccomend Mcloughlin Place Senior Living. I have been here as chef for nearly 6 years and we always do every single thing that we can to accommodate our patrons to the best of our abilities. This pandemic has skewed everything in our lives. I sat and waited for my family member to receive anything that was promised and have never seen such a lack of care before in my life. do not bring your family members near here!!!
