I had an appt. for a cleaning as I always do every 6 months. When I got there, (5 mins early) I waited in the lobby for 20 mins. As I sat there, I listened to the patients that came out. Every single one of them were given estimates for further work and they weren't happy about the cost. I thought, oh no. When I got to the room, the hygienist did her check up and said she couldn't do a cleaning since I required a deeper cleaning. Absolutely fantastic job from everyone: staff behind reception was lovely to me and help me out, America did an amazing job working around my extreme dental anxiety as well as providing amazing care, and the dentist was thoughtful and really laid out a great plan for me to get my dental picture back to a healthy one. If you have anxiety but want to be cared for in a nonjudgmental, kind environment, do yourself a favor and go here.
