This is a terrible place to work. They hire you with high intentions of success and then call you out of the blue and terminate you. Zero notice and no performance issues. Reasoning was “bought a new building to grow the company and don’t have money to pay you”. Absolute joke. I left a great career to take a risk on them and they treated me with the respect of laying me off the Monday after Christmas while I was using my vacation time.
