Steve The Owner made boasting promises and never fulfilled anything. His major concern was weather he was going to get paid. He did not want to give us a quote because he thought it was to much work for no guarantee that he would get the job for repairs. I have him my word and did not look for any other Contractor. In return he ignored phone calls email and texts. I would not recommend him to anyone. He then had the we’ve to get mad when called out on horrible communication skills.
