RecommendedI did a closing with McLin Burnsed for a house I recently purchased. Rick Newman, and his staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable. It was one of the smoothest closings I have been to! I would highly recommend!
We closed on a condo. wired CASH to you on a Friday afternoon, our bank even called your bank to verify the funds were there. Yet our real estate agent said we could not get the keys because she could not get anyone at this law firm to verify funds, even with a confirmation number/letter from our bank, AND it was before 5pm. I guess everyone wanted to go home instead of doing their job and making a quick ph call to the bank before 5pm. I would NEVER use this firm for ANYTHING! I have all documentation!
