The front desk person Arianna Leon was the best!!! I asked a lot of questions and she helped with them all and was very patient with me - I've enjoyed the people and complex - it's kept up very well.
I have lived at "The Place at Wilmot North" for just over 13 yrs., with different owners during that time. The management has been okay during most of those years with the exception of being lied to, to your face frequently in the last five. Currently the (hopefully) temporary manager treats residents without even an attempt at common courtesy if you have had to bring your concern to her attention more than once. There office manager Patsey would only call a police officer to check my apartment for a dog she didn't want on the property(not present). Then told the police she felt threatened and to arrest him instead. The only positive reviews on this place are fake ones paid by the owner.
The front office management is a nightmare. Patsey tried to charge me $4000 when I moved out and said she had no superior and it took 3 months to get her boss to see it was wrong. They need a new office manager.
These properties are worthless the complex I live in has incompetent employees this is 3rd day with no a.c. it's the middle of July in Tucson az and they don't seem too concerned
