Biggest slobs I've ever seen. We are going on year two of them destroying our property. They have absolutely no respect for your property. They leave lunch trash around for the bears to feed on, 3 inch screws for you to drive over in the parking lot, and there is not a tree or bush that hasn't had their lifts sit on overnight to die. Then they walk around as if what you tell them they shouldn't do and just do it anyway.
Our community was painted by McLeod’s. They sent out an offer to individual owners to paint their lanais, and we paid them directly. They never did it. Called them to ask and they never got back to me. Unacceptable.
