Every experience I've had here has been positive and they helped me work through the complicated system.

When referred here by my family doctor for mental health support my fiancé was set up with someone to talk to immediately. I was put on to a social worker to fill out paperwork, after which I was told I’d be seeing a new psychologist instead. Once I had received a new phone appointment for the psychologist I was sent more information on how to get counselling myself and that it could take several months. Men’s mental health is not important.
