I had a great appointment with Dr. M. He took his time and explained everything to me. The problem is that I called on Tuesday needing to change my plan because I can’t tolerate the antibiotics that I am on and called back on Friday. I have still not received a return call. Not sure if the staff is getting the messages to the Doctor or not.
My dr is miss Kia and she is the one dr who heard me out and started running all the test to find what was wrong with me..I took alot of internal injuries from being a firefighter she never texted book me like all the other drs and I even seen ones in boston Massachusetts she is wonderful and everything ive been telling all these other doctors was proven right ...thank you so much imna forever patient.

Really poor care. Went for appointment after 2 years because I had a lung infection and no spirometry test done. He disagreed with the reading of the lung CT that was read by a radiologist and a friend who's an interventional radiologist. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. They simply could not care less.
You never can get them on the phone!!! My doctor was supposed to do a biopsy on my lungs and didn’t take a good enough tissue so my oncologist could tell what type and what stage I’m at because the lack of this pulmonologist!!!
