EXCELLENT experience. Recently moved here from the northeast and was told to stay away from McLeod. I went in today, after waiting months for a new pt appointment, and was greeted by Dana. She was friendly, attentive and quick with getting all the necessary information. While I was waiting to see the doc (for less than two minutes), Justin (the phlebotomist) introduced himself and suggested that I let the doctor know that if I need blood, to send me back before he leaves for the day. I had my first appointment today here and after not seeing a primary care doctor for a long time I was really nervous, but rest assured Matthew was wonderful when it came to listening to my concerns and issues I was having and is determined on getting me the help I need. The desk attendants are also very kind. Thank you guys.

I'm a new patient, The office is very clean , the staff was very friendly. I saw Matt and his nurses she was very nice and Matt was Great. He was very Concern about my well being and answer all my questions, I was very well please with everything .
