Have been coming here about 2 yrs. Dr's and staff are compassionate and listen to my concerns with no judgement. Would recommend.
I almost didn't go here after reading such bad reviews, but my insurance doesn't cover a ton of other places. I see Megan Lentz FPN. She has great bedside manner and I have always left my appointment feeling like she listened to my concerns and has given me appropriate treatment. It was not a long wait to be able to get into the office as a new patient.
Reviewing for my mom. Bless her heart I’ve never ever heard of such incompetent care. From staff to doctors. It’s unbelievable . Has given her wrong meds in several occasions. My dad’s care was jsut as bad. I’m shocked they are ok with caring so little.
Worst primary care. Cant get in, they refuse telehealth for basic appts, not friendly, not helpful or caring. Avoid NP Megan Lentz, she is uncooperative for fun and is apparently opposed to technology. Its 2024, keep up. Its cruel to give mentally ill people with extreme social anxiety from ADHD better ways to be compliant with appts, then take it away
They do not care about your personal concerns. The nurse acted like I was stupid when I told her for the second time about a psychiatrist for my ADHD after she asked me if I had any previous primary care physicians or other physicians. The doctor made her own choice to discontinue my STI/STD tests though specifically told I needed to know. Never again! Sorry excuse for medical 'entertainment' even.
