Patients here are just fodder for schooling 'health' insurance drs. The gaslighting and disrespect is insane. I tried for years to get someone to listen to me and dig a little deeper to help me. Heres why i finally had enough and quit these people who made my health worse. Horrible to gaslight a human being in mental and physical pain this way. It is a hit or miss for a good doctor that actually listens to you. Dr Jackson was a great doctor. But sadly he graduated so another resident is my doctor now.
I was at this office for 3 years and had 2 different so called doctors in that time. Apparently the office is loaded with interns and are not very educated as a doctor yet. My suggestion is to find a doctor that has been through schooling and internships and is a practicing doctor so you don't have to be their guinea pig while trying to get medical attention. RUN. I love Dr. Herring, Dr. Little and their staff. That said, I agree with the review posted above. Great care, testing, followup, positive feedback and suggestions!! One comment I'll add, Staff DOES NOT answer the phone or pass on messages to Doc. I'd give 5 stars if not for that.
Love this place. I have NEVER recieved anything less than excellent care. Normally see Suzanne Johnson, FNP. She's awesome.
