I was at this office for 3 years and had 2 different so called doctors in that time. Apparently the office is loaded with interns and are not very educated as a doctor yet. My suggestion is to find a doctor that has been through schooling and internships and is a practicing doctor so you don't have to be their guinea pig while trying to get medical attention. RUN. I love Dr. Herring, Dr. Little and their staff. That said, I agree with the review posted above. Great care, testing, followup, positive feedback and suggestions!! One comment I'll add, Staff DOES NOT answer the phone or pass on messages to Doc. I'd give 5 stars if not for that.
Love this place. I have NEVER recieved anything less than excellent care. Normally see Suzanne Johnson, FNP. She's awesome.
I am the care giver for my cousin who recently has an emergency for a cancerous abscess and woke up the next morning after having a colostomy. She is battling the cancerous and has been told she needs both legs amputated due to very advanced PAD. WE went to manning Primary care so local Dr. could manage her pain medication. A script was written for 30 pills which only last 10 days. 3 pills 3 times a day. I have been to this practice multiple times, the doctors and nurses are amazing. However, the rest of the staff is questionable at best. Don’t bother leaving a message for them to call you back because they won’t. It’s near impossible to get someone to answer the phone there. There is always an excuse, that you can count on.
