Money hungry hospital. Just wants to use up your insurance, having done nothing for you. Ridiculous. Even if you were holding your head in your hands it would take 10 hrs for someone to see you. Worst place to be sick in. The rude staff makes it no better. I'd rather drive two hours to another hospital, than to put up with McLeod.
If I told my best friend about this place, or a total stranger, I'd say that several years ago I took one of my children here and had the best experience I'd ever had at a medical facility. I'd also tell them today, again with one of my children, I had the worst! It seems if you go there 10 minutes before they close they are not interested in taking care of a patient, even if it's a 6 year old girl that's injured! They referred us to the ER. Very prompt service. Nice comfortable enviroment and considerate service providers
Terrible service. The staff took forever to see us. We were there for four hours. This place is supposed to be a walk in clinic, first come first serve. Well, they saw a bunch of other people before us that got there after us. It would have been faster to go to the emergency room. Mc Leods service is terrible, always has been. Please do not make my mistake. Just go somewhere else.
