This is the 1st time I've been to this Dr.'s office and I actually was impressed with the way he explained everything and listened to what my needs were. As far as the office staff, I was treated just fine. Give a good attitude, receive a good attitude.
Mcleod is nice, but the receptionist was rude and very negative. I called because my ins. Informed me they could not give me an estimate due to not having any X-Rays. I let her know that and she kept repeating she did not handle billing, mind you she took the xrays herself. I was not pointing the finger I just wanted to make sure the x-rays got sent so I could get my treatment started. A month later no update. I found someone else... what I wont do is beg someone to take my money.
Dr. McLeod Periodontic is a Blessing! Not only was Dr. McLeod more than pleasant, his entire staff was also. Everyone went over and beyond to address and provide the "best" service and attention with and I quote...Taking into account to being by being Considerate, friendly, patient & compassionate
