I gave 3 stars, because the doctor I seen was great. He suggested PT, my only request was I do PT in NC. That was Oct. 9, 2025, and I still haven't been contacted concerning PT. I have reached out several times to inquire about PT, and to see if my referral had been submitted to any PT clinics in my area, only to be told that its in my file. So I called them again today and submitted a PT in my area, maybe that will get me some results. Hopefully my referral will be given to them.
If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband had knee surgery a couple of weeks ago and had to start PT. That’s when we met Lexi & Kena. They are AMAZING!! He works mostly with Lexi and she’s very patient, funny & attentive to his needs. Kena worked with him also & she’s amazing as well!! I’m always so happy to bring him to PT when I know one of these ladies are working with him. GREAT WORK LADIES & thank you for being so patient & thoughtful!!

Surely this cant be what Healthcare is like after a total knee replacement. Im hoping that its a communication error. Even still thats no excuse to ignore real concerns. I try to be a good patient bc I know how hectic things can get. PT came to my home 3x a week for an hour. Of course i needed the pain meds. Now im Out of pain meds on Saturday.
