They ladies in front to busy chatting about lunch instead of patients. Dr King 1 hour late and nurse cant notify patients. Inaccurate computer input. Try do procedure on wife which already done. Lied to me about what was going on had at least 10 others in Lobby waiting for over an hour. Dont know anything about Hippa laws and cant understand why people are pissed off as they sit chit chatting.
My sister got referred here and she’s a new patient we came here 3 times and never been seen. The 3 times we have been here, the receptionist said that the doctor was out and needed to reschedule. We used the right number and the receptionist said it was wrong. We used the number for over 15 years never had a problem with it and we won’t be back.
They made me feel very welcome and the dr is very caring about ur situation
In April I called to get my BC changed out and was told I wouldn’t be seen until December as a new patient at the earliest. The appointment setter explained that my BC (although needing to be changed at this point within the next 3 months) was made to last for 8 years (it actually only lasts 5) so I would be fine waiting until December to be seen. She scheduled me for December 26 which I thought wasn’t great since it’s the day after Christmas but if it’s the soonest I’d could be seen I would take it. Fast forward to today De... read more
After having a scary personal experience, the staff at McLeod OBGYN was wonderful. They followed up with me very quickly after my ER visit, they were friendly and kind, they even squeezed me in when I didn’t have an appointment so I could meet my new doctor in person. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I could not say better things about that office and I am very glad to be established there. Highly recommend & Dr. Schindler is GREAT. After 1 appointment, I already adore her!
