Received a referral from Dr. Litts at McLeod OBGYN and two weeks later, still no call to schedule an appointment. I have called countless times trying to get through but the call directory keeps hanging up on you when trying to schedule an appointment. Finally got through on the phone and the lady who schedules new patient appointments is not there, doesn’t have a clue when she will be back and no one else can schedule a new patient appointment. This place has the worst communication of any medical service I’ve ever encountered. They will claim to call you when there’s no record of them trying, and they cancel appointments regularly at the last minute. If you can find any other office, you’d be in better hands.
Always nice and polite. When I call I get put straight to my Dr’s nurse. Always working with me to get me in.
