I had a very positive experience with Dr. Mytting.He is respectful, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment options. What stood out the most was his professionalism and compassion— He made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The clinic was also clean and well-organized, and the staff specially Shanon is very friendly and efficient.
Dr. Okebie and staff are kind and caring, even under the stress of the current state of the health care system.
Just went to make an appointment with Dr mcleads new replacement Dr and with dealing with the new receptionist was the worst experience of my life she was so rude like I've never seen before I wish her to lose her job to the public as there is no room for her in this field( maybe a dishwasher behind the scene. Come back Joanne please
Called for an appointment only to be told that you haven't had an appointment in the last 2 years so you aren't on our list and you no longer have a family doctor. I have had a family doctor for over 35 years here in PG and never had an issue. Now I have some serious heath concerns and I'm told by the receptionist to call 811 and get on a wait list for a family doctor. Heath care system is broken and getting worse every year.
Just finished a call with Dr McLeod who was filling in for my regular doctor. She was absolutely amazing! Listened to my concerns, recommended tests I didn’t even know existed and sent a referral to another dr to help even more with my issues. She was polite, friendly and I felt heard.
