Great experience with McLeod Home Health Physical Therapy! It was extremely helpful to me to have them come to my house after surgery. Jay was awesome in teaching me things I needed to be doing for a successful recovery and making sure I knew how to do my everyday living within the restrictions that I had. I couldn't have done it without him and am very thankful!

This is the worst uncaring, unprofessional home health service we have ever dealt with. My mom was discharged without any type of explanation, the physical therapist came out to complete an evaluation, said he would be back, but never showed up, and once again, no explanation. We need a home health service that will provide quality compassionate service for my mother, and not one who is only interested in the insurance.

I am so disappointed in the service that wasn't received. It is so unprofessional to inform a patient services can't be rendered based on limited staffing the day services is suppose to start.
