I cannot say enough good things about Pat Easter and Simone Williams with McLeod Home Care. The care and kindness they have shown my mom has meant so much to our family. Pat Easter is incredibly caring, dependable, and compassionate. She truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the people she is helping. As a Nurse Advocate I don’t live in this area and was referred to this company by a patient family member who used them who insisted we had to speak with Anna Lee well she wasn’t available that day but Denise was and she was kind as well and answered our questions although they were unable to help. Later that day Anna Lee did call me back and we had a very nice talk and she offered she even offered to help with various other options should client need them. Very helpful and sweet.
