The storage units are great! The management is horribly rude. When you walk in the office you get looked at like you disturbed someone’s nap. Instead of a helpful person, you get a guy who speaks to you condescendingly. Every time we have been in there to pay our bill, the guys seems very irritated that you expect him to do his job.
Good prices. Nice owners and managers.
Worst treatment I ever experience in talking with a human. Came to this place last month and planning on moving in to this town. The older man has an absolutely horrible attitude. He is extremely RUDE, SARCASTIC, and talks to you like you are the biggest moron without a reason. I will understand if there is a reason to be acting such but there was none. He is just plain rude and maybe enjoys being one. What an unkind and horrible person.
Wish there was another option for available storage! Manager is awful!!! He is rude and lacks any sort of decent customer service skills.
This is the best Storage option in all of NV. The Manager Terry is great. And the facility is growing! I do wish you could pay the rent on-line but it’s fun to write a check, it’s like the olden days lol.
