I’m here at the designated waiting area for the second half of my mom’s sleep study waiting to be called up. We have been waiting two hours. I’ve called 17 times only to get the voicemail, I left a message, one of the emergency nurse has called both the day and after hours number as well as made an announcement on the hospital intercom with no response from any of the attempts. This is very unprofessional to leave a diabetic patient waiting in the emergency lobby.
Had a consult scheduled for today with this office and I arrived 30 minute only to be talked about by the front desk receptionist. I rung the door bell to enter and stated my name and appointment time : apparently she forgot to turn off the intercom so I heard her talking about me stating that’s the 330 appointment lady who doesn’t answer her phone . So apparently the dr leaves at 230 and my appointment was at 330 and they would need to reschedule. I asked her when she called and she stated Thursday and she left a VM. Well I... read more
Long standing appointment to pickup equipment resulted in no equipment available. Then, they had audacity to select reason for cancelation as the patient. Who's running this place?
The reviews I'm seeing don't seem favorable. Why has this not been reported to Mcleod's grievance department. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated!!!
