I love McCloud. Good care and highly efficient. Pretty much all my doctors are from there and have excellent care.
If I could give zero stars I would. The ER staff and Drs there are great and also very friendly. The problem is their billing department; they bill separately for the ER visit and then the DR sends you a bill as well. Took my toddler their to confirm he had the flu bc his primary care didn't have any appointments. We walked in and were seen in the triage room by a nurse 3 minutes tops and then the DR walked in looked at him and ordered a FLU/Covid test, nurse asked us to go back to the sick waiting room which is off to the s... read more
Called to inquire about getting a new doctor, left a voicemail on 2 separate occasions with a call center - and still have not heard back. Which is very sad for a doctors office
I love Dr. Vicki and staff. She is attentive and thorough.
I live in New York. But I had to go to the emergency room for a health problem, I fel grateful for the friendliness and respect of the staff, excellent service very professional Thanks
