All I have to say is they care nothing about their patients. We are just $ signs to them. I've been waiting for a call from the manager about my treatment. The message was sent July 22nd, it's what September 16th. Still nothing. They don't care anything about us.
The girl doing the scheduling is very rude. Although I’ve been seen many times at this office she said I’m considered a new patient and cannot be seen until December. She showed no compassion and conducted herself very unprofessionally.
Called for an appointment today, April 28th and the earliest they can see me is in October.
Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Run the other way!
