Had my Colonoscopy today with Dr. Dhaliwal. After my procedure, instead of him coming in the recovery room to talk to me and dismiss me, he left and went to lunch. A nurse had to make excuses for me and discharge me. I went through so much to get ready for this procedure, the least he could've done was come talk to me and let me know how things went. No, he left and I have no clue what my results are.
They don’t answer the phone and you have to wait almost five minutes to even leave a voicemail. Then they don’t return your calls.
Had a Colonoscopy with Dr Jaggers today. My expectations were a through exam that removes pylops and eliminates reasons for cancer of the Colon. The expectations are not getting in and out on time! My assumption was that getting behind means that people before me got a through exam! Guess I don't understand why people would rate this group below a 4!
It took a long time to get my initial appt scheduled just to speak with a PA. For the scheduled EGD I did wait over an hour and never spoke with the Doctor (a woman) who did the procedure because she went into another procedure without talking to me. No mention in her report of a hiatal hernia I've had for years. I had a better explanations from barium swallows by the nice Dr who did the 2nd barium swallow and by my wonderful PCP, Dr. Amber Martin ❤️
