Why they never answer the phone
Been going since 2002 , always received a mailed reminder time for colonoscopy! Whelp something happen evidently! I did not receive a reminder and now I have to go to my regular doctor to get a referral! Not to mention my husband has had a referral for over a year and also called concerning when he would get an appointment! They are backed up! McLeod just like MUSC doesn’t want patients!
Absolutely DISGUSTED with this place. I thought the hospital was the worst but I think this office tops it all. My sister has been battling with trying to get in touch with someone at this office. She was denied refill of her medication, no one will answer as to why. We have already been in contact with a lawyer for malpractice because this has been a battle since the middle of March. To even get in touch with someone, I would have to call the hospital number to transfer me to the office. They need to wipe out all the incomp... read more
Had my Colonoscopy today with Dr. Dhaliwal. After my procedure, instead of him coming in the recovery room to talk to me and dismiss me, he left and went to lunch. A nurse had to make excuses for me and discharge me. I went through so much to get ready for this procedure, the least he could've done was come talk to me and let me know how things went. No, he left and I have no clue what my results are.
