Lisa Jaggers has to be the rudest Dr I have ever encountered. She wouldn’t give my daughter a chance to explain her symptoms. Told her she was fat and needed to lose weight. Never addressed any CVS issues. My daughter left in tears. I will be making a formal complaint.
TERRIBLE!! I have been around and around with this office for nearly a year regarding a bill that they 1.) separated and sent two copies of 2.) Sent me to collections without cause 3.) Consolidated and still sent me separate bills 4.) was unable to give me any useful information on how to remedy the situation and, after spending 3 hours at the hospital trying to rectify the situation, it took another week before I was finally sent to the right person in the billing office to handle it.
