McLeod was able to complete a difficult water damage restoration in an older building and got everything sorted in their projected timeline. Many of their contractors in particular put in the extra effort and care that they would into their own home.
McLeod Construction just completed remodeling for us a small five-bedroom, one-bath, ************* built in 1931 that had hardly changed since. We are extremely pleased with the results. Quality work and clear, timely communication were the keys. The GREAT team at McLeod completed our full house renovation including new kitchen and bathrooms within the timeline agreed and budget allocated. McLeod provided a master craftsman as the superintendent who did an amazing job installing Canyon County cabinets and ensuring every detail was attended to. Quartzite countertops and appliances fit perfectly. Painting, inside and out, was performed in parallel with the other trades, ensuring they stayed on schedule. I would recommend McLeod for any home remodel.

I woke to an inch of water on the bathroom floor that went under the kitchen hardwood and into the bedroom carpet and since then, we've had technicians in my apartment over several weeks. They ripped up the carpet, cut holes in the wall, removed trim, and couldn't find the leak. Then we were told someone else would have to put everything back together.
