My mom who cant walk. Was discharged today and my family was not prepared, nor was my mothers home. Some family members were told she wouldn't be going home today and then this morning she was discharged. As I thought we were supposed to meet with doctors to discuss this very issue. An repeated phone calls all day with no answer, needing help with her at home care and all. She really should still be in the hospital as she needs round the clock care, being immobile. A disgrace.
