I cannot rave enough about McLennan Contracting. One of our adult children lives at home, and we wanted to take two rooms, a hallway and a bathroom and turn it into an apartment for her (minus a kitchen). McLennan had great design ideas that helped us gain space and give our daughter privacy. Their subcontractors were outstanding. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the entire McLennan team - from the pre-build and design process through build and completion. As small hiccups happened, Marsha and Dillon were extremely responsive and reliable to address with their subcontractors and right the issues quickly. I’d recommend McClellan to anyone looking for high quality work and a great team.

Tim and his crew are A+. We recently had them finish our basement into a large entertainment space complete with full bath and full kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Even though the initial estimate came in higher than expected, his team worked tirelessly to get the renovation within a budget we were comfortable with while still giving us a quality, exceeding expectations finished product. The fine people at McLennan went above and beyond to bring our concept into reality. Madison, our designer, helped us to refine our thoughts and ideas into a coherent plan. Our project manager, Marsha, made sure every trade and business involved followed the schedule and that we came in on time and on budget. We used McLennan for a much needed bathroom refresh. We decided with their guidance to have 2 bathrooms refreshed. The entire process was professional and organized. The schedule was presented and adhered to. The project was finished as expected. They listened to all our concerns and made adjustments along the way. I can’t wait to use them again!
