Dr. McLellan is great, the biggest issue is that it usually takes 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. Anything time sensitive, I usually end up at a walk-in clinic.
Dr. McLellan is very thorough and demonstrates great care with his patients, that is, if you are able to get in to see him. Reaching his office is a very arduous task. All communication is done over the phone which his staff rarely answers. Often, you are met with a busy signal or an automated message advising of some reason the doctor is unavailable. Dr. McLellan is very proactive about any health concerns. He will schedule you for any tests if you express a concern. ... but he is extremely difficult to reach. You have to contact his office by phone number to make an appointment, and his staff rarely answers the phone. He does not take email or voice messages either. And his entire system is paper files, which makes wait times ardously long. I really suggest that the doctor implements a computer system, so his appointment scheduling can be more streamlined and organized.
Dr Mclellan is a great doctor being proactive on our overall health. Always listens to our concerns. The staff is very polite and friendly. Thank you Dr Mclellan, Anna and everyone for taking care of me and my family!
