The absolute best customer service I have seen in my over 50 years. The dental hygienist are the best and make you feel like you are important and a part of the family. I actually look forward to seeing them each visit!
My whole family has been treated by Dr. Cory McLeary and Dr. Daniel Almon, at their Muscle Shoals office, for several years now. They do first-class dental work with a gentle and kind manner. The entire office does everything possible to make your experience a positive one!
The Quality of care and service are unbelievable. My Mom is in a wheelchair and has been getting fitted for Dentures. When we arrived for her appointment, Aron was waiting outside. He had a simple step to perform in the building of her dentures and told us to wait and he would do it in the car to save her a trip in. The office staff are ALL wonderful. I have never been in a Dental office with this Quality of people and care. Never going anywhere else.
Went in for dentures, and I got them alright, but you had to glue them in first fit. so I took them back they said 4 times to send them back and this last time they wanted to line them again after they wore a hole in them shaving them down to fit! I told them I wanted a new set and they wouldn’t do it after they guaranteed it. On top of that when they refunded my money they told me I wasn’t allowed to come back!
