A pitiful service, in my opinion. I recently purchased a $6000 Hegel amplifier from Mcleans. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 2 years, 5 months. Upon contacting the shop, I was initially informed that the product was beyond the warranty period, and they could only provide me with the contact details of potential repairers. However, I insisted that Hegel should still be willing to facilitate the repair since it was just outside the warranty period.
