This guy is working illegally, he is required to have license and bond, for landscaping, leaving his customers at risk. The contractor board now has his complaint in front of them, do not take the risk, call a licensed person to do your work. He lies then hides the truth and covers it up, beware of this subject. As a customer you have the right to ask for his landscaping license and bond see if he can produce it.
