Charged more than the initial estimate; the assistant was rude and cared lees about my situation. The owner was also greedy and didn’t want to take any responsibility for the extra cost - he should have done a better job in issuing the initial estimate. I got a quote from four body shops and chose to go here because the quote was lower. I would not recommend taking your car here for a large repair (paid almost $4000!)
McLeans did a great job repairing a dent in my door and a deep scratch on the bumper. The car was washed and clean inside and out when I picked it up. I recommend them!
avoid this shop big time,i was in the auto body repair buisness for years, started as a painter, ended up as a frame repair tech, my small bmw convertable went to mcleans for a smaller bumper minor hood collision, car was absolutly driveable ,my insurance uses them for their direct repair, i remember when this shop had a good reputation when mike Mclean was running it, so i had them work on it, i also made a deal where i would pay out of pocket to strip some chipping and paint it complete . 10 months later , there not finish... read more
I came here to get my bumper fixed and would definitely recommend. They’re verified by Mercury insurance for appraisal/repair. The whole process was easy, quick, and professional. They fixed my bumper good as new. Plus, when they gave me my car back it was super clean inside and out.
I want to commend this business on its customer service! Since the moment I went into the lot, everyone I dealt with was respectful, knowledgeable, and honest in his dealings with me. After the body work on my car was completed in a timely manner, my car was returned spotless and cleaner than when I left it! Can't say enough good things about this group! The price was fair and the work done was excellent.
