My experience, they gave a completely unrealistic, laughable quote for car insurance when moving from sask to Alberta. More than double the rate I was quoted from other agencies. I know Alberta has high insurance costs, but more than double what their competitors offer is just insane. I don't know where they get their numbers from but it was crazy. Would not recommend. Shop around people, Acera was by far the highest priced insurance I found by a landslide.
Exceptional in every respect. I have been with them, through the name changes, for the past 15 or 20 years and my representative has never failed me. Excellent communicator, knowledgeable and quickly responds to any and every concern or question. Have both home and auto with them and highly recommend them.
