Absolutely terrible service, left a message 3 days ago. No return call. Not just this business alot of businesses in Edmonton are like that. No one cares anymore. Update January 13th 26 of course you cant find the voice message that I left that is a cop out. You people know it, as well as everyone else. Your reply to my review is a blatant lie. Woah! $3000/year for an RV meanwhile my old insurance was $175/year!
My broker, Cassie, is absolutely amazing to work with! She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. I never feel pressured—just supported and informed. I would highly recommend Cassie to anyone looking for an insurance broker who goes above and beyond!
My experience, they gave a completely unrealistic, laughable quote for car insurance when moving from sask to Alberta. More than double the rate I was quoted from other agencies. I know Alberta has high insurance costs, but more than double what their competitors offer is just insane. I don't know where they get their numbers from but it was crazy. Would not recommend. Shop around people, Acera was by far the highest priced insurance I found by a landslide.
