In my life, personally and professionally, I have never received such outstanding customer service as I have had from her recently. Her kindness and commitment to her customers, working with them to listen to feedback and creatively problem solve to find a mutually beneficial win has been beyond impressive to me. Like Every place, this place has it ups and downs. I can’t deny that since it’s been bought out by the new management things have not changed for the better in general. Having said that a few people stand out For their amazing customer service and overall professionalism. I’d like to mention Victoria and Sharron in this regard. Sign up and get scammed by a subpar gym! I wish I could give 0 starts to this company. First of all, when you sign up online for this scam of a gym, you better read every detail of the fine print because they will hold you to it despite poor customer satisfaction. No where does it clearly state in plain English before you enter all of your personal information including bank account and credit card, that you are signing up for a 12 month contract. I don’t get it. Reviews are great. This is a pickleball resort that has a small weight room attached. I seriously think they have like 10 Olympic size pickleball courts and an actual gym that has the square footage of one pickleball court. And you gotta go upstairs to check in - back downstairs two flights from the entrance to the locker room and then 3 flights up to the tiny gym space. Literally don’t get it. Why one life?
