If I could give zero stars, I probably would. The only pleasant part of working with this title company was that they use a good online notary company. Outside of that, this process was frustrating from start to finish. Our point of contact rarely and ineffectively communicated with anyone on our side (us or our real estate agent). In one instance, despite “checking with the state”, she gave us flat out wrong information that would have cost us thousands in additional taxes that we did not need to pay.
