I contracted this service for a simple gutter cleaning for our home in DC. The person who showed up didn’t ask us where our water system was so he ended up “cleaning” the very dirty gutters with the water that remained in them from a recent storm. We weren’t home so did not have the opportunity to review the work. It was shocking when we did. Used this guy last year to clean out the gutters on my new (tall) house. It was in the middle of a rainy fall season, and everybody was totally booked up and didn't want to know. Very efficient, very responsive, very professional, very reasonably priced. I just emailed him to clean them out again, and he responded same day, w/in the hour! On a Sunday!
