Connor is an amazing manager. He’s very professional and when I first made my reservation he ended up reducing the price which saved me a lot of money. Today he also accommodated my request to change parking spots. Overall really nice guy and nice staff. I foresee using their facility for a long time to come.
Owner is very rude. Returning the uhaul truck was a hassle
Ordered a truck. It was ready a day early and they were happy to let me take it off their hands a day early (cause their lot was jammed!). Nice owner, easy transaction. My only complaint is not with this location but with uhaul in general not being able to commit to a pick up location until a day ahead. Fortunately we had our first choice. I would not have been happy to learn how to drive a 23' truck in DC rush hour for the first time. But it all came out well.
