Terrible Service This company changed management a couple of years ago and since the change the new owner has been horrible. I used this company for over 20 years withou issues and the old owner Frank Witchie was wonderful. The new Owner Chris Lau has no similarity to the old owner. They have not managed to open my pool in the past two years without issues. Last year they broke a statute in my driveway and did not tell me, I had to chase them down to get a refund on the broken statute. They also failed to adjust the pool equ... read more
Didn't do anything I asked them to do! Told me my chlorine was 5 ppm. I haven't added chlorine in over a week, took it to he tested the same evening they came and it tested at 0. They didn't vacuum, didn't brush the sides, didn't clean anything. Horrible service
