Devon Eastlack was my lender and she is AMAZING! She fought in situations beyond my control and was always on top of things. Being a first time homebuyer has taught me a lot and without her help I would of been lost! I would recommend her to any and everyone. Andrea and her team have been frustratingly non-communocative through the closing process on our home purchase. She was personally recommended, but we will not be using them again. They are disorganized in communicating what they need and gave my realtor poor response times too. We are now supposed to close in almost 24 hours and STILL don't have our final numbers. If you use them, make sure you're realtor has worked with them before and can manage then on your behalf. They have also been rude in handling my frustration. The... read more

Darren Chamblee and Hiroko were our first contacts when we started the home buying process. They came highly recommended by our Realtor and they didn't disappoint. Every bit of paperwork they needed was easy to take care of and nothing was too much of a burden. Everything was straight forward and done quickly. I never had a question left unanswered and I only wish I would've used them in previous home purchases.

We were refereed to mike laucks and against better judgement used his "services". Most of the work was done by his "team", and the main interaction we had with him was questions. He completely lied about fees and didn't tell us all of the details. After the transaction was final he was completely unreachable and never returned a single phone or text message. There is a reason he bounces around from different firms.

Nancy with McLean mortgage is absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive. She made the home buying process as seamless as possible given complications with the selling side of things, and gave us an amazing rate. I would recommend Nancy 1000000x over and will track her down if/when we buy another home.

Darren Chamblee & Hiroko Wright, of the Frederick MD office, were great to work with on our first home purchase. They provided clear answers to questions and were upfront and honest about the mortgage process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend McLean to those looking for a mortgage.
