Terrible service, won't admit she dropped the ball on helping us get a new policy. What my wife says in her review can be proven by emails we have. Yes, she cares about people like Britni Brandon because she's a real estate agent who feeds her referrals. She put us in a panic trying to find a new policy, period. Own up to your mistake, you obviously don't need the business or just dont care. Unfortunately, this is the case with a lot of these insurance agents.
McLean Insurance will get you the best rate around town! Her customer service is unmatched and her dedication and knowledge too. If you need insurance coverage for your home or auto they will take great care of you.
We have used McLean insurance for the past several years, but since this summer she has been unresponsive. Asked for quotes for homeowners insurance several months ago, said she would get back to me and never did. Very disappointing. I have sent at least 3 emails with no response. I had to go with a different agency because my policy expired in October.
