Honest and to the point, these guys were great for adding a basement half bathroom. They were organized, flexible, easy to reach, and provided a lot of ideas about making the vision happen

27 February 2025 Plumbers acted quickly for a service call to dismantle the gas water heater, clean it out, and insert a new anode to neutralize rancid city water chemicals that began to smell like rot. Previous owners, a prominent Alberni family owners of an electrical service/supply business, had NEVER maintained the water tank. So we paid to have it drained and serviced, and a new anode installed to prevent future problems.
