27 February 2025 Plumbers acted quickly for a service call to dismantle the gas water heater, clean it out, and insert a new anode to neutralize rancid city water chemicals that began to smell like rot. Previous owners, a prominent Alberni family owners of an electrical service/supply business, had NEVER maintained the water tank. So we paid to have it drained and serviced, and a new anode installed to prevent future problems. They rip off building owners These guys blew me off and had me calling them all over and turns out they were keeping busy making money elsewhere. They tried to randomly swing by after that. Then they rebooked called a dead phone didn't follow up and didn't show up and want 100$ now? Horrible service and the technician laughed at me saying if I don't want to pay ill have to fight my building owner- because even though he could do something he feels his attempted phone call is time on the field for 100$ even though he didn't t... read more
