My wife and I were looking for a COVID test facility last week, and ended up coming here. I appreciated the directness of Dr Sayegh as he made no bones about our current situation while administering the test. 2 days later, he called and informed us that we were both positive, and should make immediate arraignments to get to St John’s Hospital for monoclonal antibody treatment and to make sure we mention that he was sending us there. This office is a complete disgrace! Jackie the receptionist, is a racist who clearly hates her job. I called before I went to the urgent care and was told it’s for people with an actual emergency. I couldn’t believe my ears so I went straight to the facility to make sure I understood what she meant!
