This office has been a game changer, before coming I had difficulty stepping over a curb. Now I'm feeling wonderful. Love Drs Mclean.
Do not go here. I had a very poor experience with communication and care. They rely heavily on an answering machine and automated texts, and no one seems to monitor what gets sent out. It made it extremely difficult to get clear answers or real help. As someone who is disabled, I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Patients deserve respect, proper communication, and accountability. Healthcare providers work for their patients — not the other way around. I would not recommend this office.
I love this place. Dr Sandra has magic hands albeit they tend to be cold 😉. The staff at the front desk always greets you with a smile. The office gets know you and if they see you struggling with a therapeutic device, they assist you to have a better experience or suggest that you should try something different.
I'm a new patient (started last week) and I have to say from day one I received treatment and had xrays ordered to see what's going on in the inside. I have had tennis elbow for over a year now, had injections and nothing seem to help and a quick snap crackle and pop and I'm like geehh what have I been missing lol. I also do cold laser on my elbow when needed and I feel good about this place. The staff is great and care for their clients. Oh yea and that massage chair omg! What a gem 💎
I came to McLean Family Chiropractic suffering with back and leg pain. I am new to the area, but have relied on chiropractors for many years. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. John and Dr. Sandi made me feel very comfortable and immediately sent me for x-rays and set up a treatment plan approved by my insurance.
