What a journey it’s been! I started with a referral from family doctor to grace med and I got an appointment with dr Amara ghumman fairly quickly. I had my consultation and dr ghumman was very informative and sweet. They submitted all my paper work for Ohio. For personal reasons I wanted to wait a bit for my surgery However once I was ready I reached out and things went by quick and super smooth. I did a breast reduction with Dr. Ammara Ghumman where she removed almost 2.5kg from each breast. The operation was in November and so far the results are amazing. I wish I had more face time with Dr Ghumman (I saw her once at consultation then briefly before surgery). The post op surgical care was so thorough and the nurses were ready to answer any questions I had. I did my surgery through OHIP and the application was quick and easy through the clinic. Took about 2 months to get my approval. I would 100% this place
Very disappointed. I was told that someone from this office (Janice or Janet) at the beginning of January to have skin cancer removed before it spreads. I never received a message so I called. The lady said that Janice or Janet (couldn’t remember which name) would call me back the next day which she never did. She still has not called me. It’s obvious they are not health concerned, but I am. I will ask my doctor to refer me to a different plastic surgeon because this is unacceptable.
