All of the people that work with this clinic are amazing and very caring. They were very understanding of my anxieties and had reassured me the entire way, which made the experience so much more affirming and exciting for me. I did need to wait longer than the estimated time for the consult, but it was worth it because only 1 month after the consultation, I was booked in for my surgery. I'm really happy with my results (too surgery), which make me feel at home in my body. The whole process was also really well planned and transparent, I knew what to expect at each step and someone was always there to answer my questions.
Ashley was fantastic! I went in for a hydrafacial and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ashley took the time to explain everything she was doing, offered just enough pleasant conversation to keep things relaxed, and was very attentive to my needs. I can’t recommend her or the clinic enough.
Worst experience of my life thus far, it seems there’s favouritism for certain patients, ignoring concerns, claiming one thing for months to only change it. What I have seen is ripping away hope what felt like a speed dating visit.
