Didn't follow directions. Asked for an inch off on my child. We agreed it would be above the eyebrows. Hair was cut well past midway up the forehead. Way too short. Barbers here do not understand curly hair. If you have straight hair (and very little of it), are in your 40s-50s and work in upper management, this is the place for you.
I am no expert in cutting hair myself, but I know enough to know that they are not good barbers. My cut took all of 10 minutes (vs. 20-30 minutes typically). My barber cut with reckless abandon, barely looking at my hair before snipping a chunk off. I asked for scissor cut on the sides and she used a razor.
