I walked into McLean Barber Shop in McLean, VA on Sunday, May 25th for a walk-in skin fade. Wait time was short, parking was easy, and the shop appeared clean. I paid $24 plus tip. The haircut looked fine initially, but within hours I developed multiple small red nicks all over the back of my head that turned into white crusty spots and a constant stinging sensation. I’ve been going to this barber for like 5 years and since then, the haircuts have gotten worse and worse. It got to the point, where today, I showed them a picture of a haircut that THEY GAVE ME (looked pretty good) and they literally cut off all of my hair except for like 0.5-1 inches

This is the worst barber shop in this very elegant area. Rude people with rude owner who is shouting on the phone without even listening to the complaint and finally hang up. Zero customer satisfaction, I wonder how this place is surviving the nearby respectful businesses. The worst hair cut. Zero basic knowledge of hair cutting and trimming. The people who take appointments do not speak English and do not understand English. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED. Wish I see the closing of this place soon and end customers' surprize.
