Update: moving from 1 to 3 stars as I called and the company was kind and gave me back 10%. Still overpriced for the work. I've learned my lesson. Learn from me and know your prices for 5 minutes of expensive drill work. ... Had a lock fixed in my home. This required drilling a new hole in the frame. 5 minutes tops. Asked the locksmith to also reverse a knob that was installed incorrectly. 5 more minutes taking the handle off and putting it back on. Lastly, got a new brass door handle. 5 minutes.
